This sleek application PadakTV (TiViMate) is built just like your favorite cable company. From channel icons to TV guide, it's easy to navigate. Quick access to your recent channels for surfing, OnDemand content just clicks away!
First Things First -- Connect To WiFi. Navigate to the settings like seen above, select Internet, select your WiFi network, type in the password, and you MIGHT have to turn on the mouse arrow to hit enter button.
It's very easy to search for your favorite content in the master search (Live, Movies, and On Demand Shows), press and hold OK, then press add it to "My List" which is essentially your favorites list. Stay away from content that says [Multi Audio].
Press the menu button (3 horizontal lines next to home button), then press OK on Multiview. Then press OK again to bring up the menu to add screens and change channels of screens.
Watch 2 sporting events or any 2 live channels!
All our Android boxes come preconfigured with access to a DVR, which is very easy to use. Navigate to the TV Guide, scroll to the show you'd like to record, press and hold the OK button to get the menu to pop up, select record!
The content seamlessly updates in the background, 2 - 3 times a day. However, if they update content early in the morning, but your box updated the night before, the content might not be showing (mostly happens with live sports). Follow these steps to ensure you have the latest content!!
Sometimes, even when choosing English content, the audio maybe in a different language. It's an easy fix, first check to make sure you have the "Audio Track" option showing first, then go into the content you need to change. Press Menu button (3 horizontal lines) or press down when on the pause screen.
This will come in handy if you are ever having an issue with the PadakTV application. (Frozen, lagging, not updating, etc.). This is the first step to try, by force stopping and clearing CACHE ONLY (DO NOT CLEAR DATA)!!. If this doesn't work, you can always pull the power cord for 5-minutes and then power it back on.
